Pilates Your Way to a Summer Body |

Summer has officially arrived, but has your summer body? Making it to the gym in the warmer season can be challenging for many. Holiday gatherings, fun times with friends, traveling—all can get in the way of our normal workout routine in the summer months.

So what can you do to make the most out of your limited seasonal fitness sessions? Pilates. Not having done Pilates since high-school, I was recently re-introduced to some classes at The Pilates Loft in Buffalo and I can honestly tell you the results are amazing. After just one class I start to see changes in my body. Plus, not only physical, Pilates can provide many mental health benefits as well.
